Understanding LASIK Eye Surgery

LASIK is laser vision correction that reshapes the cornea to reduce or remove your dependence on glasses and contact lenses for short-sight, long-sight and astigmatism.

A thin corneal flap is created (by blade or femtosecond laser), an excimer laser reshapes the tissue beneath, and the flap is replaced. It takes a few minutes per eye and vision improves within a day. Ayushman Surgicare arranges the detailed eye workup, surgeon and package pricing.
